One Goal At A Time is a 100 % private tool (no spying nor tracking here) that helps you become the best version of yourself through goal setting and tailored reminders. Start each day by setting a goal, a challenge that you choose for yourself. The app will help you throughout the day by sending you reminders at a pace decided by you, to help you stick to your goal. When you are ready, check in your goal. You can set another goal if you want to, or just build new healthy habits one day at a time!
The app is here to help you try and achieve your targets, and keep you motivated and uplifted if you didn’t. Going one goal at a time is a way to listen to yourself, forge ahead in a path that is uniquely yours and quiet the omnipresent noise in our overachieving culture that everything needs to be done at once. By focusing our energy on one specific goal, we give ourselves permission to be ok with the other things we are letting slip that day.
