SMART is a toolbox to help veterans and others working in crisis areas with stress management.

The app provides you with a number of tools for cognitive behavioral therapy developed by the Australian Veterinary Directorate. You can use the tools to measure and test your physical, cognitive and emotional responses to stress. This can be useful for managing stress in connection with assignments and for transition to civilian life after service.

You can also use the tools regularly to improve your ability to master stress. The app lets you set goals and helps you measure your ability to master over time.
