Maxx: grip op alcoholgebruik APP
With Maxx you can get started with:
- Determine your goals: goals give you guidance and direction. What will be your max per day?
- Logbook: keep track of how much you drink. This way you can see how things are going and receive feedback and advice from Maxx.
- Difficult situations: Maxx helps you prepare for situations in which you find it difficult not to drink (too much). You will receive a reminder of the approach you have chosen if you wish. You can also keep track of how successful you were.
- Hang in there, because...: are you having a hard time? Then Maxx will show you why you want to tackle your alcohol consumption! Choose your favorite motivation card or make one yourself.
- How?: Maxx helps you with practical exercises, tests and tips to stick to your max, for example about dealing with stress and relapse.
- Messages: Maxx lets you know how you're doing, encourages you and gives you tips.

Warning: Maxx is not suitable for people who experience withdrawal symptoms when they stop drinking. Then professional guidance from a general practitioner or addiction care institution is necessary.
