Service Executive and Manager itself insert the complaints from the mobile app. Once the Complaint will be registered , the Manager can assign and Re-assign the Complaints to their Service Executive.
The main important feature is, every time Manager will not assign and reassign the complaint, once the pin code is assigned to Service Executive, complaint will automatically assign to their respective service Executive and the manager . and if the pin code is not bound up with any service executive then it will directly come under admin account , an admin will decide the further action on it.
We are also providing the Service to see all the nearby complaints on the map , on the basis of your list of complaints, so that Service Executive can decide their next complaint to visit.
