The customer service module for the Android operating system can primarily provide assistance to companies operating in the service sector, in managing the company, in following up customer requests, from the submission of a case or error to its resolution.
By using the system, efficiency can be improved and customer satisfaction can be increased!
After connecting to the application, the tasks assigned to the logged-in user can be viewed. If a specific task has already started, it will be highlighted.
By selecting a task, its detailed data can be viewed. These data are presented segmented and grouped for easier overview.
In the case of the address and contact information, it is possible to display it on the map and in the case of telephone numbers, it is also possible to dial it immediately.
Under the detailed data screen, it is possible to register the start or end of the given task, as well as to review the history related to the task.
The module's history data sheet lists the previous activities related to the task, as well as the components used during the completion of the previous tasks.
By clicking on the map icon, the address of the company will be displayed on the Google map.
