Street Gym General Program is a training program that aims to help you improve your physique and health in the most efficient and economical way possible. With this training program there are no excuses. This program is designed by José Flores, personal trainer for the Venezuelan Federation of Physical Bodybuilding and student of sports nutrition.
In the General Training application of Street Gym, you will find training routines which will be different every week, because we handle training mesocycles for accumulation of volume and intensity, therefore, you have to make small adjustments to all workouts the weeks, and that's what will make you progress. The most important thing is that they are not random workouts, the planning is structured in such a way that a week you can give your body the correct stimulus.
The structure of the workouts is also changed every week but keeping the variables, this so that your workouts are always different and it is a dynamic entertaining work and different from the boring classic bodybuilding routines.
