HSpot is an app that caters to its users’ emotional wellbeing. Emotional wellbeing doesn’t mean being happy at all times. It means being aware of your emotions and dealing with them in a balanced way to meet the demands of everyday life.
HSpot has used the basis of Design Thinking, to provide a safe and secure platform that allows it’s users to cope with their daily problems or issues in a healthy manner. All your interactions with your HSpot account are only for you to see and access.
When do you use the app?
People tend to internalize most negative thoughts or feelings (no matter the size), instead of seeking a healthy outlet. Note, negative emotions can be triggered by any circumstance or situation, but it’s your decision on how to resolve the negative emotions. Once you’ve created an account with HSpot, use the app anytime of the day and any number of times to express, manage and resolve your negative emotions.
How does HSpot work?
HSpot offers activities and solutions, designed using the basis of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) method. To ensure better results for it’s users, the Hspot interface has been designed to be easy to use through it’s simple design framework and is accessible by all (above the age of 18).

The best way to feel better is by expressing what’s pulling you down. The problem is, that it’s not always easy to find someone to talk to or even be able to talk to someone about how you’re feeling. In just three clicks, you can use HSpot as your personal wall, pillow, journal, or even a silent friend, to write or record your thoughts and feelings, without feeling uncomfortable or judged.
HSpot Coping With Emotions (CWE) Options
With HSpot CWE Options choose a method that will help you feel better after you’ve used the HSpot 3-Click Method:
“Let Go” of (i,e, delete) what you’ve written or recorded, because you’re feeling better after expressing your thoughts and feelings.
Save what you’ve written or recorded in your HSpot Journal (accessible through your HSpot Account) to revisit it later, to potentially resolve it or to show to a professional.
Use HSpot Solutions to identify the source of your negative emotion and find a solution for yourself to feel better.
