Icura · Description
Icura's app guides you so that you get the most out of your home training. The app records your training and activity.
To activate and use the Icura app, you must use the Icura sensor and the activation code provided to you. Have both ready and follow the instructions on your phone or tablet when you open the app for the first time.
The app then displays your individual activity and home training program.
The Icura app has the following modules:
– Travel-sit-down test: With the travel-sit-down functional test, you can continuously test how many times in 30 seconds you can travel and sit down from a chair. The test gives a picture of your current physical level.
– Rate your activities: Here you can rate selected activities that you find difficult. You can use the function to see how much you are improving in the process.
– Measured activities: With Icura's sensor in your pocket, your activity will be recorded during the day. This can be, for example, movement, steps, stair climbing and cycling. You can continuously see your progress. Alternatively, you can also use your phone or smartwatch to record activity via Health Connect.
– Exercises: Here you will find your training program with exercises for your level and needs. Each exercise begins with a video instruction that you must follow so that your exercises are performed correctly.
– Daily activities: Here you can give feedback on everyday activities that you would like to improve. The function helps you to assess your experience and possibly indicate pain or comment on the experience.
