Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) software empowers modern workers to use their computer system to interact with the company phone system for all call-related tasks. In the system, the admin can create an agent, buy multiple numbers, assign numbers to the agent, track calling activity, set Inbound IVR, call whisper, and call barge, and also Broadcast KPI tracking will be there in the system.
Once the agent logs in to the application, he/she will have a dialer to make outbound calls and send text messages to multiple contacts. They can have two-way communication with the leads and record the conversation in the system. The agent can add media files to the system which can be used in voice broadcasting and also in ringless broadcasting.
