Physical Therapy Timer · Description
I've been doing the same roughly 30-minute physical therapy routine daily for over a year, and I have to keep it up for the rest of my life. So I created an app that makes doing PT exercises a lot easier.
PT Timer helps you focus and meet your goals. If your mind tends to wander while you're doing exercises and you have trouble finishing them all, this app is for you. Having an interactive list of exercises is unbelievably helpful in keeping you on track.
Physical therapy requires you to do long, complex routines, and it can be extremely hard to remember all of your exercises. While you use PT Timer, you're always viewing your whole routine in a list format so that you know exactly what you have left to do.
Plus, you can add instructions to each exercise while you're learning the ropes.
Often, PT exercises are timed. Sometimes, they're not. PT Timer helps you keep track of them either way.
PT Timer gives you the freedom to do your exercises anywhere. No more carrying around a paper sheet full of them or racking your brain trying to remember what that final exercise was.
Unlike other timer/routine apps that force you to do tasks in a specific order, PT Timer lets you skip around from exercise to exercise and see which ones you have left. All the exercises and their timers are together on one simple screen.
And best of all, now you can stop counting seconds and start focusing on how well you're doing your exercises. Have to do a 30-second stretch 6 times? PT Timer will also let you know how many repetitions you've finished, because it is almost impossible to remember yourself (if you're me).
It's free, and there are no advertisements or strings attached.
