We built the FLES app to help you build a strong water drinking habit. Drink one 2L FLES bottle a day.
How habit forms
According to habit formation theory, three elements are essential to create a habit: CUE, ACTION, and REWARD. FLES app has 3 features for these elements:
1.CUE (Reminder)
- First, attach the time sticker to the FLES 2 liter / 64 oz water bottle. The time tells you how much water should be left at the location where the sticker is attached
- Create a time sticker on the app and receive a push notification with a motivational quote to remind you to drink water at the time
2.ACTION (Repetitive Action)
- Press the drink button on the app to register your drinking data
3.REWARD (Data)
- All your water drinking activities are stored and they can be viewed by day, week and month. Feel the reward of having the body more hydrated and healthier.
According to the habit formation theory, 66 days of repetitive actions are necessary for a habit to be formed.
