Today is a good day to start running and get in shape. In just 9 weeks you can go from the couch to running 5 km with our running trainer. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced runner, we have training plans for everyone: 3 km, 5 km, 10 km, 21 km and 42 km in the most complete and free running app.
Couch 5k - Running App is based on the prestigious C25K (couch to 5k) fitness program specially designed so that anyone can achieve their goal even if they haven't run for years (or ever!). This jogging app will guide you step by step giving you instructions when you have to run and walk.
Description of running training plans:
BEGINNERS RUNNERS
• 3k or 20 min run trainer: 6 weeks of training, 18 workouts.
• 5k or 30 min run trainer: 9 weeks of training, 27 workouts.
INTERMEDIATE RUNNERS
• 10k or 60 min run trainer: 12 weeks of training, 36 workouts.
ADVANCED RUNNERS
• 21k or 130 min run trainer: 13 weeks of training, 90 workouts.
• 42k or 260 min run trainer: 20 weeks of training, 140 workouts.
Each run plan has its own interval running progression.
