RSUD Pakuhaji employee mobile attendance application for Attendance activities, using geotagging technology, so that employee attendance at each location can be known accurately, and monitored in the form of a Dashboard and Attendance Timesheet.

FEATURES :
- In Out Attendance
This feature is used to do attendance in and out. Equipped with Geo Tagging so that when attendance in and out is not only the attendance time that is recorded but the absence location is also recorded (employees are only allowed to be absent within a radius of 250 m from the hospital and specifically for employees who are given outside duties, the absence location will be recorded according to the point where the employee is absent). In addition, to further maintain the accuracy of attendance, employees are also required to take a Selfie photo at the absence location.

- Performance Data
Each employee can monitor their own or their subordinates' performance of Attendance and Attendance Hours;

- Activity Report
SISENSI is also equipped with inputting activity reports in the form of resumes or details while the employee is on duty. This feature is of course very useful, especially for employees who are on duty outside so that their superiors can directly monitor the results of their subordinates' activities during outside duties. Reports can be supplemented with attachments in the form of documents or images.

- Leave & Sick Leave
The application and approval process for leave, be it sick leave, important reason leave, annual leave, maternity leave, leave outside the state's responsibility, or long leave can be done directly in the mobile application anytime and anywhere. The remaining leave of each employee can also be monitored in real time

- Out of Service Order
This feature allows superiors to give direct orders to their subordinates to carry out Out of Service and can monitor the location and activities of their subordinates through the out of duty absence and reports made.

- Shift Change
This feature is a facility for making changes / additions to shifts that can be made by superiors for subordinates if changes or additional shifts are needed

- Multi-type user (Privileges are adjusted for each type of user)
With multi-type users, the system can provide different privileges for each type. For example, who can apply for leave and who can approve it. The intended user type is divided into 3, namely:
Staff
Supervisor (Direct superior)
HR
- Attendance performance dashboard per Department per Employee
Supervisor and HR types or levels are given facilities in the form of a dashboard in the application directly in the form of a Time Sheet so that they can monitor the attendance performance of their subordinates in real time

- Notification
This feature makes it easier for users if there is something that needs to be followed up on, such as an incoming leave request, whether the leave request is approved or not, external service orders, etc.
