Rajasthan Sampark 2.0-An Integrated and Inclusive Public Grievance CM helpline
Rajasthan Sampark 2.0 is an Integrated and Inclusive Public Grievance CM Helpline with the objective to increase accessibility for people through multiple means, standardize operating procedures for handling grievances, set timelines for resolution in compliance with the Government of Rajasthan's citizen charter, improve resolution quality through analytics and monitoring, improve overall efficiency and effectiveness in government processes, and provide convenience in operations. This system includes a centralized call center, a robust routing mechanism, and enforces time-bound grievance redressal in accordance with the Rajasthan government's citizen charter. This system would monitor public grievances across departments and districts, overseen by Ar Department, Collectors, Heads of Departments, Secretaries to Government, CM Office, and Chief Secretary.
