핏제로 (FitZero)

FitZero is an integrated health management platform for the healthy life of modern people. It is an integrated health care service that provides various functions such as the use of rental exercise machine exhibition products, sales and exhibition of diet and exercise-related products, member management, and access to affiliated companies. We are building a convenient system that encompasses online and offline services so that users can practice a healthy lifestyle more easily and conveniently, and provide an integrated health infrastructure in cooperation with various branches and affiliated companies.

1. Main functions and service contents

1) Membership registration function
Customers who wish to use the FitZero platform can register basic personal information to register as members, and various services can be used after registration. You can easily register and use it with accounts such as Naver, KakaoTalk, Google, and Apple.
When registering as a member, you must agree to the terms and conditions for service use and consent to the collection and use of personal information.

2) Access to affiliated companies
FitZero is collaborating with various affiliated gyms and diet-related companies, and members are granted the right to enter affiliated branches based on their registration information. When entering, identity verification will be conducted through QR code, electronic access card, or other authentication methods.

3) Membership payment and cancellation function
Members can pay for the membership of the desired gym branch or affiliated company through the Fitzero platform, and can freely use the corresponding service during the period of use.

Payment can be selected between regular payment and period payment, and when requesting cancellation of membership, cancellation will be processed according to certain procedures.
The refund criteria for users upon cancellation will be based on the policy notified in the app or the policy of the affiliated company.

4) Subscription payment application and cancellation function
Fitzero also provides regular subscription products for users who want to continuously manage their health. This is a structure that allows you to regularly use services or products from affiliated health-related businesses or diet-related businesses.
Subscription payments can be applied for on a monthly basis, etc., and various discounts can be applied depending on the period. Members can cancel their subscription through the procedures described in the app.
Even after cancellation of a subscription, service usage history up to the time of cancellation will be preserved, and automatic payments will be stopped after the cancellation date.

5) Membership withdrawal function
Members can request withdrawal at any time, and when withdrawing, all personal information and usage history will be safely deleted after a certain retention period.
However, if there are remaining payments or subscription services being used, withdrawal will be processed after confirmation of cancellation or termination of the relevant service.

Fitzero provides a function that allows for integrated management of member information of various branches through a single platform. This allows members to conveniently use various branches without having to repeatedly register their information, and branch operators can respond to customers more efficiently.

3) Execution of entry and payment agency services: By processing members' entry and payment on a unified platform, affiliates and branch operators can reduce on-site work burdens, and users can experience fast and accurate authentication and payment services.
