Download the MyAcea Energia App for free, dedicated to customers with a tax code. Manage your electricity and gas supplies in a simple and fast way: check your bills, communicate self-reading, you can activate various services such as web bill, domiciliation and discover the news of the Acea loyalty program with you.
HOW TO ACCESS:
• If you are a customer registered in the MyAcea Energia reserved area, use the same email and password to access the application.
• If you are not yet registered in the MyAcea Energia reserved area, you can do so directly from the MyAcea Energia App or from the website https://my.acea.it/energia/registrazione
We remind you that to use all the functions available on the App, you must first associate the electricity and / or gas supplies to your profile in the MyAcea Energia reserved area.
MAIN APP FUNCTIONS:
• Web bill: to receive the bill for free directly in your email box, on the day of its issue by eliminating the hard copy and making an ecological choice
• Domiciliation service: to activate or change the direct debit of your bills directly to your current account for free
• Consumption and readings: to view your consumption trends and consult the history of your meter readings
• Invoices and payments: to always have your bills under control, know their status and be able to pay those due by credit card
• Request monitoring: to follow the progress of your requests
• MyA Assistant: for any doubt or need you can ask MyA, the chat present in the App at your disposal 24 hours a day
