When you enter Murad Cafe-Restaurant for the first time it is impossible to resist the temptation to taste, at least a little, the delicious traditional Lebanese dishes, and at the same time, you can only admire the beautiful presentation of the dishes and the pleasant atmosphere, culminating in aromatic coffee, black tea or green tea.
Known and appreciated for its refinement, Lebanese cuisine is very old, dating back to pre-biblical times and combines European cuisine with exotic oriental ingredients.
There is even a model of comparison for hospitality among the Arabs - Hatim Tayy. It is said that he, once receiving an unexpected guest, because he had nothing else to offer, sacrificed his own camel (a great sacrifice for a Bedouin) to feed his guest.
