The translation of the Koran Kuliev’s meanings is currently the last of the Russian Koran published in Russian and the only Russian translation approved by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. And also, so far the only translation that has been approved and published by the King Fahd Publishing Complex (Medina). This complex specializes in the publications of the Koran, not only in Arabic, but also its translations into various languages of the world. The author of the translation is Candidate of Philosophy E.R. Kuliev, who is a well-known translator of Hadith from Arabic into Russian and the author of over 50 monographs, translations and articles in the field of history and philosophy of Islam, social philosophy and comparative religion. Starting to translate the meanings of the Koran, Kuliev carefully studied and analyzed the early translations of the Koran into Russian. Given the shortcomings and merits of previous authors and giving them credit, Guliyev made his translation of the meanings of the Koran. Ten years dedicated Elmir Kuliev to this difficult matter. Theological scholars believe that this translation most accurately conveys the meaning of the Koran.
The interpretation of the Holy Quran was written by Sheikh Abd ar-Rahman bin Nasir al-Sa'di, a scholar and a connoisseur of Islamic law. This deeply scientific work is one of the most famous and recognized interpretations of the Holy Quran in the Islamic world. The book is very authentic - when it was created, the author relied mainly on the text of the Quran itself, as well as on the Hadith of the Prophet Mohammed (may Allah bless him and welcome) and the statements of his companions. However, despite the monumentality and apparent complexity, the “Interpretation” is written in simple and understandable language and is accessible to a wide circle of readers.
Tafsir Ibn Kathir, who relies on the Hadith of the Prophet, is second in importance after tafsir al-Tabari. In his tafsir, Ibn Qasir sought to interpret the verses of the Koran, relying on other verses and on the Hadith and the statements of the Messenger of Allah - Muhammad. Referring to any Hadith, he sought to point out the chain of his transmitters and verify the correctness of this Hadith. And so the tafsir of Ibn Kathir is of great importance for the study of Hadith. Ibn Qasir (700-774 AH) is a fakih, historian and commentator of the Quran. He spent most of his life in Damascus, where he studied with the greatest scientists of his time.
