[What is a training record? 】
You read that right, this is a relatively “hardcore” fitness app. The so-called hard core is not suitable for most people. Most of them refer to those who do not want to record their training plan or those who do not persist in fitness lifting. Therefore, this small program is unfortunately not designed to meet most needs, so I don't consider it. Recording notes during training, accurate to the weight and number of each group, is extremely important among fitness enthusiasts. I will not talk about this anymore. I will talk about it in detail in my paid blog later.
The original intention of this software is to better record and analyze your training content.
[Why should I make such a software? 】
The quality of iron lifting training is closely related to factors such as weight and reps, and the king of training: training capacity = number of sets * weight * reps, so a tool to conveniently record the quality of your training has emerged. In ancient times, people used paper and pen. Since Microsoft released Excel, people began to use Excel for recording and analysis. In fact, there are still big pain points: To this day, many people still insist on using paper and pen. Gyms assist in recording data, including the fact that most coaches now use paper and pen to help members record and analyze data.
The biggest advantage of paper and pen is that it is flexible. But for now, this advantage is actually very small. Its biggest pain point is that it is easy to lose and the data is scattered and messy. Excel does a good job at this point, but after all, Excel is just a software for recording all data. Although it can be used to record data, it is not a software for recording fitness data after all. Therefore, I made this app, hoping to freely record my training content through an extremely simple software without any strange functions.
[What is the difference between "Xunji+" and "other fitness apps"? Should I use it? 】
Other fitness apps are very good software. Their content-rich courses and video articles have been recognized by the industry. More importantly, other fitness apps have largely cultivated a large number of people who have never thought about fitness before. When people go to exercise, I think this is a very good thing. Although other fitness apps are easy to use, it is actually difficult for other fitness apps to meet some of the needs of fitness fanatics like us: for example, custom plans and custom inputs are not free enough. The biggest difference between Xunji+ and other fitness apps is that it is free enough, so "Xunji+" came into being.
This app is actually suitable for a relatively narrow group of people. I have summarized a few points. You can analyze them one by one to see if you need them:
1. You understand what fitness is, and you also understand that fitness and weight loss are not necessary or sufficient conditions for each other.
2. You know that in fitness, fitness records are very important, and the analysis after fitness records is equally important.
3. Do you want to see someone’s fitness plan, including how many reps and weights are done in each group, how many times they train every week, and when they train every week (this function must be done, of course, it is still available now) No, haha)
4. Based on the data you record, you can automatically analyze, assist and guide your own training charts and other functions
