Wendler 5/3/1 program calculat · 説明
This app will help you to calculate your daily basics routine weights easy and fast, just calculate the program one time, and it will be saved for ever.
Also you can easily calculate the next cycle with the buttons at the bottom of the program tab, or with the arrows at the top.
The app also includes 2 more functionalities , this are a tab where you can calculate your 1RM (1RM calculator), and another where you can take notes about your training or other kind of information, like for example about the accessories you doing with that routine.
This app doesn't have ads and it's free!
I made this app because most apps out there were not user friendly and had a lot of stuff or were incomplete.
This calculator also includes warm-up and the boring but big option for 5x10 sets, probably in the future i will add other variations for the program calculation.
The author of this routine is Jim Wendler.
If you want me to add some functionality or other kind of things, let me know and i will take a look.
