HRIS Mobile - Presensi

The Bank Lampung Human Resource Information System (HRIS) application is a web-based software application that is used to assist banks in the process of managing their human resources, in this case employees and the bank's board of directors and commissioners. With a good human resource management system, it can support the formation of reliable and quality human resources in accordance with the needs of the bank so as to help achieve the bank's vision and mission.

HRIS functions to regulate, analyze and manage human resources so that appropriate information is obtained for decision making. In its activities, HRIS manages and runs the HR administration system starting from recruitment and acceptance, education and training, data management to termination and administration of benefits. In its implementation, HRIS activities are carried out by HRD (Human Resources Department) which manages Selection and Recruitment, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Career Planning, Employee Relations, Personnel Administration, Official Travel Orders, and Marketing.

In the HRIS Mobile Application there is an Attendance Mobile Application Module which is a smartphone-based application that is used to accommodate the attendance process of Bank Lampung employees based on the location of the office coordinates and the whereabouts of the employee.
