A clear strategy, motivated and competent employees, high innovative strength and uncompromising focus on the needs of customers - this is the simple and effective formula for success of the Haider Group.
With the Haider Academy App, our employees and external partners can refresh their knowledge of current topics. This is how we ensure comfortable and contemporary mobile learning.
The Haider Academy App
This app is designed as a training program specifically for learning transfer for external partners and internal users. The content is presented in short and compact flashcards and videos that you can browse anytime, anywhere. You can check your progress at any time.
Microtraining per app is learning on the smartphone and in small steps. This mobile learning allows temporal and spatial flexibility and enables a self-directed and individualized learning experience, which - as a consequence - serves the sustainable knowledge security.
Our learning strategy
With the help of the Haider Academy app and the method of microtraining, the essence of various knowledge contents is compactly prepared and deepened by short and active learning steps.
Classical learning uses an algorithm. The questions are to be processed in random order. If a question is answered incorrectly, it will come back later - until - until it is correctly answered in the lesson three times in a row. This creates a sustainable learning effect.
In addition to classical learning, level learning is also offered. For this purpose, the learning cards are automatically divided into 3 levels by the system and randomly assigned to the learner. Between the individual levels, a so-called "cooling phase" in time form is provided. This is necessary in order to achieve a brain-oriented and sustainable knowledge acquisition. A final test makes it clear where the learning progress is and where possible deficits lie and, if necessary, readjusted.
And as a third option offered to retrieve knowledge through a test, without having learned explicitly before with the Haider Academy App.
Learning stimuli through quiz and / or learning duels
At the Haider Group, further training in companies should be associated with enjoyment. About the possibility of quiz duels, the playful learning approach is implemented. For example, colleagues can be challenged to a duel. Learning becomes even more entertaining. It is possible, for example, the following game mode: In three questionnaires à 3 questions is determined who is king of knowledge.
Talking with the chat function
The chat feature in the app allows employees to share a workout with each other.
