Opono

Ho'oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian practice, with a view to reconciliation and forgiveness.

Its traditional version consists of four main phrases, which seek to guide the practitioner in passing through different sentimental stages:
- I'm sorry;
- forgive me;
- I love you;
- I am grateful.

These phrases are repeated 108 times, a number considered sacred and that enhances the result of Ho'oponopono.

The simple repetition of these words is capable of activating the release of blocks, negative memories and trauma. In short, it allows to heal these memories, these mental obstacles known to quantum physics as limiting beliefs.

Use Opono when you experience feelings like fear and anxiety. Just say: "Blessed fear, I'm sorry, please forgive me, I love you, I'm grateful". The same way can be done if you are in financial difficulties: "blessed money, ...". Just because we only heal something when we recognize it and welcome it with love.
