My Activity Journal · Description
Our App is here to help motivate and inspire you to journal your daily activities during this challenging time and collect anonymous data for our research. Studies have proven the benefits for mental health of keeping a written journal and recording activities and achievements during times of crisis. This gamified journal app will help boost your health in a fun, useful way and your inputs can then be used to shape government responses to future crises!
The App is designed and created by UCL IRDR Centre for Digital Public Health in Emergencies (dPHE). Online surveys and a social media competition are running alongside it to improve the app and share great lockdown activity ideas. See #MyLockdownJournal and #MyActivityJournal on Twitter and Instagram.
