Created through native functionalities of our SYDLE ONE platform, the Portal adapts the available content according to your profile (and permissions), whether you are a SYDLE employee, customer, partner or supplier.
If you are an employee, you will be able to access information shared by the different areas of SYDLE, which facilitates internal communication and the formation of teams focused on the company's objectives. You can also initiate different processes, from requesting an expense reimbursement to opening a ticket at the Service Desk.
Now, if you are a SYDLE customer or partner, you can learn about SYDLE ONE through our video classes and documentation, which provide examples for your practical learning. It is also possible for you to open tickets to the support team and clarify any doubts.
Finally, if you are a supplier, you will have access to information and functionalities to assist your provision of services and your relationship with SYDLE. Here, you can, for example, understand our payment policy and submit an invoice.
