This app, developed by Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO), is an information service that provides customers with AMI (Smart Electricity Metering Infrastructure) meters with real-time electricity usage information (amount of electricity used, rates) and various analysis and statistical information to help them plan their electricity usage and save on electricity bills. 1. Customers eligible for Power Planner service
- (General customers) Customers with remote metering infrastructure (hereinafter referred to as AMI) installed for each household and normal communication
- (Renewable energy generation customers) Customers with communication facilities such as modems installed in KEPCO power meters capable of power metering
※ Including apartment household-specific contract customers (customers who receive KEPCO bills)
※ Partial service is available for customers without AMI (limited to app service)

2. Customers eligible for Power Planner service
- Each household of a single/comprehensive contract high-voltage apartment (customers whose electricity bills are included in the apartment management fee, not the KEPCO bill)
※ Institutions and systems are being improved to enable Power Planner use for customers including the above

3. Main functions
- (Basic functions) Real-time electricity usage, real-time rates/monthly estimated rates, rate increase/decrease cause analysis, consumption pattern analysis, usage comparison between neighbors, target usage setting and excess notification, etc.
- (Additional functions) Electricity rate consulting report (web-only, general + industrial customers), selective rate/load movement simulation, widget service (Android) Phone users) etc.

4. How to use
(1) After signing up for Power Planner, log in with your customer number and password
① Agree to the terms of service and personal information collection/use
② Select customer type (individual, corporation, group, apartment customer, etc.)
③ Search for customer number (10 digits) or power meter number, register use
④ SMS authentication (user or payer mobile phone number registered to KEPCO customer number)
※ If the mobile phone number is different, change it at KEPCO ON or contact the customer center (☎123) or KEPCO business office
⑤ Set password (9 or more characters of English + numbers)
⑥ Complete registration (create password for customer number)
(2) After signing up for KEPCO ON, log in with your KEPCO ON ID and password
① KEPCO ON membership (Agree to terms - Authenticate - Enter subscriber information - Complete registration)
② Log in to Power Planner with your KEPCO ON ID and password
※ KEPCO ON member = Power Planner member synchronization (linking) takes up to 1 day
