Chill Drills is a collection of simple audio exercises for stress relief that you can listen to with or without an internet connection.
Developed for members of the military community, these drills can help slow your heart rate, lower your blood pressure and reduce the level of stress hormones in your body. Audio sessions include guided meditation exercises and sleep music. By doing these drills regularly and allowing yourself time to meditate, you can lower your baseline stress level and be better prepared to deal with stress in the future.
