Our medical team is made up of Spanish-speaking Physicians-Surgeons, qualified, ethical and qualified to provide medical guidance at the request of users, on issues related to Primary Health Care (PHC).

How does it work?
1. REGISTER: open the HolaDOC application and register with your personal data. If you already have an account created, log in with your credentials.
2. REQUEST A CONSULTATION: select your reason for consultation, choose the mode of communication you prefer and enter the waiting room where you will be attended to in minutes. The first consultation is FREE!
3. TALK TO A DOCTOR: Within minutes, one of our doctors will review your medical history and contact you for a consultation. Consultations in our app have no time limit, you can talk to the doctor for as long as you want.
4. SUMMARY OF THE CONSULTATION AND TREATMENT: after a few minutes, you will be able to review the summary of your consultation in the app, as well as any treatment** that has been duly detailed.
**There is no guarantee that a prescription will be issued for every visit, a prescription will only be issued if the physician gathers all the appropriate information to accurately diagnose and treat a given condition for the benefit of the patient.
What are the HolaDOC hours?
Our doctors are available for immediate care 24 hours a day, Monday through Sunday (including holidays). We are available to make sure that you and your family - including children - receive the care you need.
How does the HolaDOC subscription work and how much does it cost?
Our service is offered in two ways:
1. Telephone operators: through our carrier-billing payment method you can affiliate your HolaDOC subscription through your mobile telephone operator, which means that the cost of the subscription is charged directly to your telephone bill, or discounted from the balance in case you are a prepaid user. The subscription price varies depending on the telephone operator and you can view it in the app, in the "Profile" - "Type of membership" section.
Currently this type of subscription is enabled only for Venezuela, with the operators Movistar and Digitel.
2. Companies / insurers: our service may also be covered as a benefit by the company you work for, or it may be part of the services offered by your insurer. In this case, during the registration process in the app, we will automatically identify the origin of your affiliation, so that you can enjoy the service unlimitedly and at no direct cost to you.
