Our new EnergyAustralia app helps you take control of your energy accounts. It’s now easier to use, with a clean design and improved functionality. If you already have the app, simply update and login with your existing email address and password.
Monitor and manage your bills and payments
- See your current bill, amount due and payment options for all your accounts
- See and download up to two (2) years of bills and payment history
- Pay your bills quickly and securely
- Set up or manage your direct debit, taking the hassle out of having to remember to pay your bills
- Set up Regular Pay to smooth out your payments into smaller, more regular instalments, so you’ll know how much you need to pay and when
- View BPAY information and your saved payment cards
- Ask for an extension to pay a bill
- Monitor and manage your energy use and compare your history at a glance

- Make changes to your contact and account details without having to call
- Change your billing preferences to email or post
- Find your National Meter Identifier (NMI) or Meter Installation Registration Number (MIRN) easily, vital when reporting faults
