Easy Lease Rider App · Description
Easy Lease is a platform providing Fleets on lease to its customers. This is a mobile app specially developed for riders including Motorcycle Riders, RSA Riders and Recovery Agents, enabling them to perform several activities.
Riders can sign-in to the application, view, and manage their Ride. They can see their bike details and receive notification and information from Easy lease portal or Easy Lease customers. There are multiple activities that a user can perform through this mobile application.
Here is a quick overview of the activities users can perform through the mobile application.
Bike Check-in and Checkout process:
Upon receiving a bike, the users (Riders, RSA Riders, and Recovery Agents) can perform the ‘Check-out’ process through this application in a quick way. Similarly, during Bike servicing, the user can ‘Check in’ through the mobile app and receive a job card within the app.
Service booking:
Users can book service for the assigned bike through this mobile application. They can locate the nearest workshop, book service according to schedule, get reminders, and job card details, book a complaint, re-open a job card, and complete a job card.
Accident-Breakdown Service Request:
Through the functionalities of this mobile application, the Rider can book accident service or breakdown service easily. This app will send the location data to the RSA agent or the Recovery agent based on Rider’s request. This will also help a rider to receive necessary assistance as quickly as possible.
At the time a Rider books a Breakdown or Accident service, the RSA Rider/Recovery Agent will receive the notification and request details. The RSA Rider/Recovery Agent can accept or reject their requests.
Service Updates:
Once the RSA Rider/Recovery Agent will accept the request from the rider, they will be able to see the request details, location, and images within the app itself.
Rider behavior and Reward:
This app also helps the users in tracking their Riding Behavior, it will help them to track their data and improve accordingly. Also, Easy Lease portal provides rewards to its users based on several parameters. They will be able to see their earned rewards points and redeem them against various items accordingly.
Similarly, on completion of an Accident/Breakdown request, the application will be providing reward points to the RSA Rider/Recovery Agent. They will be able to see their reward points and redeem them against various items as well.
Feedback option:
Users can provide their valuable feedback to Easy Lease on all services performed through the application.
