1. Sales activity management (tagging and notification PUSH function)
To ensure that you do not miss the flow of work, real-time notifications of new posts and comments are provided when you designate a team (person in charge). Notification can be set to ON/OFF, and once inquiry registration is completed, a notification will be sent to the relevant person in charge. A notification is also activated when assigning a sales representative, so you can quickly respond to inquiries and not miss out on sales opportunities.
2. Mobile-specific screen configuration
The core functions of the existing BPMS, which were focused on the PC environment, are provided in a UI/UX optimized for the mobile environment, allowing employees who are working outside or in the field to handle their work. All functions, including sales representative assignment, contract registration, and status checking, work smoothly on mobile devices.
3. Contract creation and quotation improvement
A manual discount function is introduced to reflect various discount policies and quotation methods. Previously, the discount registration process was cumbersome, but this feature allows you to create quotations and conclude contracts more flexibly.
4. Sales activity board
The sales activity board is a visualization tool that allows you to see the status of consultations by period and store at a glance.
You can check the entire sales process step by step, from consultation to progress, contract, and hold, and you can also intuitively analyze the sales opportunity costs that occur at each step.
You can easily check the progress of each store and the reason for the hold, and quickly determine what stage each store is currently in, which can be used for priority response and strategy planning.
It is an effective tool for systematically managing the flow of sales sites and reflecting feedback to increase contract success rates.
5. Contract management
In addition to the existing contract status inquiry function, filtering options and data columns have been added to improve contract management efficiency. Detailed information is provided at each contract stage, allowing for close management of each account. Additional sales activities and contract management are possible, including product/quantity/AS period/rental period.
6. Testing and installation management
Test management is a test robot request/installation/retrieval function to conduct POC tailored to each store's environment. The equipment person in charge and the installation person can communicate quickly and operate the test robot efficiently. It is easy to check the current test status at a glance and determine the test period, inventory, and location. Installation management is a function for shipping equipment that is actually installed in the store after contract. When other consumables, equipment, etc. need to be shipped, you can separately request shipment from the logistics team.
