The radio station XETLA "La Voz de la Mixteca" is a public radio station of the System of Indigenous Cultural Radio Broadcasters (SRCI), of the National Institute of Indigenous Peoples (INPI). In January 2019, the transmission was extended to 24 hours with the start-up of the FM transmitter on 95.9. This fact makes the radio officially identify itself with two acronyms XETLA and XHPBSD "La Voz de la Mixteca".
