The radio station XETLA "La Voz de la Mixteca" is a public radio station of the System of Indigenous Cultural Radio Broadcasters (SRCI), of the National Institute of Indigenous Peoples (INPI). This fact makes the radio officially identify itself with two acronyms XETLA and XHPBSD "La Voz de la Mixteca".
