• Communicate with the user submitting the request to find out more details about the required service.
• Agreement with the user submitting the request to set a date for the inspection.
• In the event that an agreement is reached between the two parties to the process, the seller and the buyer, the Malakanat team follows up all the necessary procedures to complete the agreement (the sale process) after agreeing with the two parties on the commission (usually 1%) of the contract value.
• Full commitment to the quality and credibility of the client and provide a guarantee for the completion of the process.
• Communicate with the customer to obtain an evaluation of the service provided and to identify the positive and negative aspects to avoid them in the coming times.
