(To inspect a property or car)
• Receiving the request from the user.
• Communicate with the requesting user to find out more details about the requested service.
• Agree with the user submitting the request to set an appointment for inspection.
• If an agreement is reached between the two parties to the transaction, the seller and the buyer, the Malkanat team follows up all the necessary procedures to complete the agreement (sale process).
• Full commitment to quality and credibility to the customer and providing a guarantee for completing the process.
• Communicate with the customer to obtain an evaluation of the service provided and to identify the positive and negative aspects in order to avoid them in the future.
(Add a property or car)
• After the user registers in the application.
• From the main interface, choose if you want to add a property or car and fill out all the required fields and upload pictures of the property or car.
• After adding, it may take up to 48 hours for approval to publish the property if there is no violating information (to know the reasons that may prevent the property or car from being published, see the following paragraph)
• If the property or car offer is not approved due to a lack of information, the Malkanat team will contact you to complete the information.
• If approval is not granted due to a clear violation, the user will be deactivated and/or the user will be informed of the reason.
- Reasons why the property or car may be rejected:
• Use the required fields to enter words or phrases that insult society or religion or are used as inflammatory phrases.
• Uploading images aimed at insulting society, religion, or the state.
• Receiving the request from the user.
• Communicate with the requesting user to find out more details about the requested service.
