eMaklum JANM · Açıklama
eMaklum JANM is a Mobile Application for the eMaklum Web System. This system is used by the following users:
1. Individual Recipients (including federal civil servants)
2. Suppliers who deal with the Government (scope of Supplies, Services and Works)
[Registration]
+ eMaklum JANM does not require any registration by individuals or suppliers for its use
[Function in eMaklum JANM]
+ Search and review the notification status of payment documents on 10 July 2021 onward
+ Display the latest announcements related to the eMaklum System
+ Frequently Asked Questions related to the use of eMaklum JANM
+ Feedback on the use of eMaklum JANM
[Retention period of eMaklum payment notification information]
+ Payment Document notification information is only kept by the JANM for the last 18 months only. Information will be released automatically after that period. It is your responsibility to download the information into your own storage for future use.
[Type of payment notification status]
+ Sent to bank = EFT payment information has been sent to the bank
+ Received by the bank = EFT payment information has been successfully received by the bank and the payment process takes at least 3 working days
+ Failed to Process the bank = EFT payment information failed to be processed by the bank
+ Issued = payment status for non-EFT ie check/bank draft/money transfer (Telegraphic Transfer)
+ Canceled = invoice information has been canceled
[Feedback method]
+ Please submit company name, company registration number, address, phone number and the name of the payer center or the name of the Ministry or Department you are dealing with, followed by a description of the feedback. Please use the feedback menu function.
[Payment Document Format]
Each document downloaded is in PDF format. Each user must ensure that the PDF Viewer application has been installed.
