Blue Link is an application for customers who subscribe to Hyundai Motor Company’s connected car service.
Use services such as vehicle start/air conditioning control, door opening/closing, and parking location search using your smartphone.
※ Only customers who purchase a Blue Link applicable vehicle and subscribe to the service can use it.
[Features]
*Vehicle control
- Through the vehicle remote control service, we provide remote start/off, turn on headlights and warning sounds, and door open/lock services, and can adjust the vehicle interior temperature during remote start.
"※ All remote control services can be used only within 96 (168) hours after the vehicle's last start-up. However, for Blue Link 1.0 customers, if regular navigation SW updates are not performed after the 4th in 2015, the service is only available within 48 hours. You can use .
- To prevent vehicle battery discharge, the communication modem in the vehicle is maintained only for the above time period.
1. Remote start and temperature control
- When remote starting, you can optimize the vehicle's interior temperature through the interior temperature control and ignition maintenance time adjustment functions.
※ caution
- For customer safety, the remote start/remote start cancellation function does not work while driving or in situations where it is determined that the driver is in the vehicle. (If the door is not locked with the smart key, the shift lever position is not in P position. case, etc.)
- Please note that fines will be imposed if the idling time limit is exceeded in a specific location according to local government ordinances.
2. Remote start setting options
- When remote starting, you can set the indoor temperature value and start maintenance time.
3. Door locking/opening
- Remotely lock or unlock doors.
- If you do not open the door yourself within 30 seconds after remote door opening, the door will automatically lock again.
※ caution
- There is a risk of theft when opening the door remotely, so always use the service only in a safe location.
- Remote door locking/unlocking is an unlocking and locking function for the car door lock, and cannot open or close the car door itself.
- If you request remote door locking while the car door is open, the service will be notified as a failure.
4. Emergency lights/horn sounding
- You can use the service to notify parking location by flashing emergency lights or honking the horn.
- Emergency lights flashing and horn sounds last for 27 seconds.
※ caution
- To stop the horn sounding (27 seconds) early, repeat opening/locking the door once with the remote control key.
5. Check parking location
- When requesting confirmation of the vehicle's parking location, the actual location information of the vehicle is searched and provided on the map.
※ caution
- To protect privacy, the vehicle can only be used within 3km of the customer.
- If the vehicle or customer is indoors, the location information may be inaccurate and normal service may not be available.
6. Destination transfer
- Based on the play map, you can search for destinations and transmit the searched destination information to the vehicle.
7. Route navigation
- You can check the route and estimated time in advance using Blue Link directions.
※ The actual car navigation route may be different.
8. Blue Link Center
- Various inquiries and theft related to Blue Link service opening, change, and termination through phone connection with Blue Link customer center
You can request tracking service, and tasks such as receiving customer complaints are handled quickly.
9. My Account
- Confirms account information and provides logout function.
10. Push notification settings
- Push notification ON/OFF can be set.
11. Notification message box
- You can check the control history and received notification messages.

- Requires Wear OS 3.0 or higher to be linked to mobile Blue Link.
