Our station users will raise complaints on the app for our equipment and general category. The station engineer will check, acknowledge, and cancel the complaint if necessary. The station user will make decisions regarding the vendor, maintenance in-charge, and self-assignment. The station user will decide when to close the complaint, and the station engineer will close it as the final approval.
This is an in-house application for complaint management, civil matters, and vehicle monitoring. We do not collect any data for external use
