That is why the design of the (Unitymedia) customer center app has changed. Of course, all functions and services remain available to you as usual. With the customer center app you get all the important information about your (Unitymedia) cable contract at a glance and you can handle your concerns comfortably with your smartphone:

- Quick overview of running costs
- Manage WifiSpot user data
- Download hardware instructions
- Check phone settings

Unfortunately, the app is currently not available to our business customers. We are working to ensure that all of our customers can use the app in the future.

The customer center app is optimized for your smartphone. Simply use the online customer center on our website on a tablet.
