My Arval APP
Within My Arval you will have access to the following functionalities (Some features may not be available now in some countries but will be gradually introduced):
- Order status of my vehicle: You will be able to always know the status of the order of your new vehicle, always be informed about the status of your order and the delivery date of your new vehicle.
- My vehicle: Information about your vehicle
- My Contract: See all the services you have included in your contract
- My documents: Easily access your vehicle documentation, legal vehicle documentation, return and delivery report, insurance certificate, invoices, etc.
- Roadside assistance: If you have a problem with your vehicle on the road, you can request roadside assistance directly from your app.
- Garage Locator and make and appointment: Find a workshop to carry out your maintenance, change tyres or need to pass the technical inspection. Make an appointment at the workshop that best suits your needs.
- Declare a Claim: You can send the damage report of your vehicle after an accident with all the necessary information.
- Online applications: Request a fuel card, environmental badge, SER card... etc.
- Contact Arval: For any other queries you may have, you can Access our FAQ or have access to and all the ARVAL contact telephone numbers.
- End of contract: Access the instructions on how to return your vehicle. Request a quote if you want to buy your vehicle.
- Arval Connect (Need subscription): Discover your driver behavior score. Access to all your trips. Follow your fuel consumption.
