MEDADOM is available to anyone aged 3 and over for non-urgent medical needs:
• Digestive disorders: diarrhea, vomiting, stomach aches
• ENT symptoms: colds, sore throats, ear infections
• Urinary tract infections: cystitis in women or men
• Pain: joint, muscle, or lower back pain
• Headaches or migraines
• Severe fatigue, anxiety, stress, or sleep disturbances

• Prescription renewals or prescriptions needed before traveling

[ Payment and reimbursement ]
All consultations are at the sector 1 rate, with third-party payment applied. They are reimbursed as in-office: 70% by Health Insurance, 30% by your mutual insurance company. You only pay the mutual insurance portion, i.e., €7.50 per day for an adult. No service fees are applied.
