From this new mobile APP, the Administrator will be able to have the same automated control that he already has from our Web Solution, Versatec FLOTA. The Driver will be able to make inquiries about the location of stations, know his balance and record his mileage, as well as report incidents to his Administrator.
The User is required to have an Internet connection to be able to access the APP. From the cell phone, through this APP, Users will have access to online information immediately.
The Administrators will use the same credentials that they already use to access our Web Platform, Versatec FLOTA.
After entering the APP, the Administrators will have access to the following Control tools, among others:
1) Card / TAG data
2) Distribution of available
3) Card management (replacement, blocking, inactivation)
4) Location of the nearest service stations
5) Country contacts where it can be used
Drivers who have a Card or a TAG Sticker with the Versatec FLEET logo will be able to access the application with the authorization of the Fleet Administrators. The Administrator will enable the Driver from the Versatec FLEET Web Platform. The Driver will receive an email with the credentials to access the mobile APP, being a username or temporary password. Drivers must enter the APP with the username and temporary password. The APP will ask them to define a security question and the new password that must comply with a format established in the APP. After entering the APP, Drivers will be able to access the following functions:
- Balance Inquiry: Here you can obtain (in real time) the availability of the cards, either in currency or in volume. The APP has a currency option, which when selected displays the balance according to the currency of the country where the Driver is located. The balance query allows viewing only the cards assigned to each Driver.
- Station Consultation: This option allows the Driver to consult the stations according to a search radius in kilometers. The Driver will be able to consult according to the route and distance in kilometers.
- Report of Incidents: From this option, the Drivers will have the facility to report any incident in the stations. These reports will be received by the Versatec Customer Service Team.
- Mileage Record: Through this option, Drivers will be able to inform the company's fleet administrator that they require the change of the mileage parameter for fuel supply. The Administrators will receive an email with the information and will be able to communicate with the Drivers to attend to the request.
