As part of carrying out the missions assigned to it, the Payroll Department (DS) is approached by its partners (banks and embassies) but also by users (State officials) exercising over the entire scope of the territory. The latter often encounter enormous difficulties in handling their requests.
Thus, in the interests of being close to users, the Information Systems Department of the DGB (DSI) in collaboration with the DS undertook discussions which led to the implementation of a solution allowing partners and users to benefit from DS services without traveling.
The advantages of implementing such a solution are manifold. Among them we can mention:
- remote editing of pay slips (annual or monthly);
- management of family benefits, direct debits and complaints;
- no more disruption in the pay lanes to get ballots;
- an improvement in the quality of services provided to users;
- interfacing with the site which will allow participation in the popularization of the website; of the DGB in order to promote budgetary transparency.
