How to use Magic Alphabet:
1. While reading aloud the alphabet you have to look at what letter is below. If under 'A' there is a 'D' it means you have to lift your right arm up; If there is an 'I' left hand and if there is an 'J' then raise both arms.
2. Repeat the same exercise now reading the alphabet upside down, from 'Z' to 'A'.
3. Now it will be read successively from 'Z' to 'A' working also with the legs. If under 'Z' there is a 'D' then raise your right arm and move your left leg to the left at the same time; if there is an 'I', raise the left arm and move the right leg to the right; If there is a 'J' stand on tiptoe and raise both arms.
4. Repeat point 3 for about 10 minutes.
