Your electronic patient file (ePA) from BAHN-BKK
Those with statutory health insurance have been able to use the electronic patient record (ePA) since January 2021 - it is free of charge and use is voluntary. Health information can be collected digitally in the file.
This means that the doctors, clinics and dentists you have selected can find out more quickly about your health and your previous treatments. This avoids unwanted double examinations and helps to better coordinate health measures such as medication or applications.
In the future, the vaccination card, the dental bonus booklet, the maternity pass and the yellow U-booklet for children will also be available in the ePA. You can even store pain diaries or movement and sleep values from fitness trackers there digitally later - if you want. Because you alone decide which information is included in the electronic patient file

E-prescription
You can conveniently manage your prescriptions using the e-prescription function: you can redeem e-prescriptions and get an overview of them

Security
• As a statutory health insurance company, we ensure the best possible protection of your health data. To ensure that only you or people authorized by you have access to your ePA, we will securely identify you once. To do this, you can use your NFC-enabled electronic health card (eGK) including the associated PIN. Alternatively, you need an activation code for the ePA, which you can receive in person at our service points after providing proof of identity.
