- When registering as a member, be sure to prepare your resident registration card or driver's license.

- In Android OS 11 or higher, the joint certificate you used may not be visible because the joint certificate is not saved in the smartphone public folder (NPKI).
- Please reissue a joint certificate or transfer the certificate saved on your PC to the app.

[Terminal and authentication method policy]
- For safe and convenient financial services, it can only be used in one registered app.
- We provide a safe and convenient service with a mobile phone OTP that replaces a security card.
- For safe financial transactions, use of the service is restricted on ‘rooted’ terminals.
[Information on access permissions required when using the app]
- Phone (required): Collect and use phone numbers to maintain device authentication status and to authenticate video calls
- App usage information (required): Used to detect apps that may pose a threat installed on devices to prevent financial accidents.
- Contact information (optional): Used when sending money to the contact information in the address book saved on the device.
- Camera (optional): Used to take photos of ID cards and submit required documents during non-face-to-face real name authentication
- Storage space (optional) Used for certificate reading, saving, deleting, image, and photo storage functions
- If you are using Android OS 6.0 or lower, all optional access rights are required.
It can be applied as a permission.
- After upgrading to Android OS 6.0 or higher, you can set access permissions by deleting and reinstalling the K Bank app.
