Pixel Launcher 3 ( Lawnchair Beta)

Everyone loves the Pixel Launcher, but there are two problems with Google's launcher. First, it requires Root if you want to have the Google Now integration. Second, it has absolutely nocustomization options. Lawnchair takes care of both of those issues while adding many, many more features. It's still a Work-in-Progress, but the development is moving fast as more feedback slidesinto my DMs.
