Return your purchases in 4 simple steps
1. Select the store to which you want to return the order - Thanks to Convenient Returns, you can send a return to any online store in Poland.
2. Select a courier company - Paczkomat InPost, Żabka or other DPD and DHL points. After completing the form and making the payment, you will receive a unique refund code.
3. Write the return code on the parcel and then deliver it to the selected point.
4. Wait for the refund - the store will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract.
