Sinedi wanted to create direct contact with its agents/customers, so the application gives the agent/customer the possibility of being able to place an order directly with their trusted supplier.
The agent/customer will be able to manage independently from the generation to the sending of the order, all the products will be displayed, speeding up the sending of the order in a few steps, it also keeps track of all the previous and current orders, viewing and monitoring the orders in detail in their chronological development.
The application automatically manages interactions with your supplier, allowing you to modify/cancel orders without the presence of an operator on the other side and to export them in PDF format.
