The Audits are planned randomly based on the relevant area (Quality, Safety, DPP, Environment), in order to compile the activity plan highlighting any anomalies.

The system notifies each management user via email information: Auditor, Admin and Solver.
The planning process ensures that the Auditor is unique during the week of deployment in the set area.
